2. What Can Be Returned? (Almost Anything!)

We accept returns on most of our outdoor chairs, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • In original condition, meaning it hasn’t been heavily used, abused, or damaged. Minor assembly is fine!

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories (if possible).

  2. Receive Your FREE Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. No cost to you!

  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully repack the chair in its original packaging (or suitable alternative) and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

4. Refund Methods and Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect your returned chair, we’ll process your refund promptly.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s processed.

5. Exchange Policy: Find Your Perfect Fit!

Need a different color or style? We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. (If the new item is more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference). Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and we still provide the free shipping label!
